This deal is a very big mark for India as well as to Vietnam. The agreement was signed on Friday during a virtual bilateral meeting between Defence Minister Rajnath Sign and Vietnamese counterpart General Ngo Xuan Lich.
This agreement is significant in recent since the influence of China can be stopped in the south china sea. Vietnam will be in constant treat because of China aggregation in the region in recent Vietnamese fishing boat was destroyed by the Chinese navy.
This is a win-win situation for both Vietnam and India as Vietnam can extract and enrich more minerals in south china using Indian Navy as security. Any minerals which will be found will be shared with both the countries equally which gives India its petroleum deficiency full filled.
