A Never Happened and first time in the history of India a sitting cm has complained about a supreme court judge to Chief Justice Of India. Andhra CM Jagan Mohan Reddy Complaints Against Supreme Court Judge N.V Ramana.

Jagan Mohan Reddy has written eight page aligation letter on Supreme Court Judge N.V Ramana to Chief Justice Of India, SA. Bobde.

Aligation letter consists of members of the SC Judge others purchase of lands in Amaravati in advance. N.V Ramana interferins in the affairs of the Andhra Pradesh High Court to influencing to appoint judge favourable to former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.

CM Jagan also refers in his letter that few judges who are in faviour of opposition Telugu Desam Party were allocated for oppostion cases by N.V Ramana

N.V Ramana is Supreme Court Judge and Acting Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court. He is also next in line to become Chief Justice Of India.

Meanwhile, the Andhra High court has directed the CBI to take over the investigation into the registry's complaints against allegedly defamatory, inciting and derogatory social media posts against the judiciary as well as individual judges, and to examine whether these attacks were part of a large conspiracy.

Why This Allegation Popped Out.

When Chandrababu Naidu was CM of Andhra Pradesh in 2014 had announced new Capital as Amravati for the state legislature. Under this plan, Mr Naidu's this was a dream project so acquired a lot of land in Amravathi.

But in 2019 YS Jagan Mohan Reddy became CM and after assuming CM office, Jagan Reddy started reversing many important decisions of the previous government.

He also formed a sub-committee to examine the allegations of corruption, exploitation of natural resources and gradding of lands from small and marginal farmers during previous government

The Sub-committee submitted its findings, holding that Naidu and others had amassed a lot of wealth by illegal transactions of purchases of approximately 4,000 acres of land.

CM Jagan Mohan Reddy also scrapped the New Capital Plan and proposed 3 capital plan. Which was executive capital at Visakhapatnam, Judicial Capital at Kurnool and Legislative Capital at Amaravati by which Amaravati may lose completely its power.
Due to this decision, CM Jagan Mohan was getting a lot of stay order from Andhra Pradesh Government. 3-Capital Plan for Andhra Pradesh is also put on hold because of casein high court.
Because of all this Andhra Government could not reach any result so YSR decided to write a complaint to CJI.
